Position Overview
As an eCommerce Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimising our online sales channels to increase revenue, improve user experience, and enhance customer satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, product development, and IT to ensure seamless integration of eCommerce strategies with overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute e-commerce marketing strategies, including promotional activities, advertising, and targeted marketing, to increase website traffic and conversion rates.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, including product listing, pricing adjustments, and inventory management, ensuring smooth operation of the online store.
- Analyse e-commerce data, monitor sales performance and user behaviour, provide improvement suggestions, and optimise product recommendations and sales strategies.
- Stay updated on competitor activities and market trends, and adjust e-commerce strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce operations, with a strong understanding of e-commerce platform operations and tools.
- Strong analytical skills and logical thinking ability, capable of identifying issues from data and proposing solutions.
- Familiarity with online promotion, SEO, SEM, and other marketing methods, with successful cases preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to coordinate resources effectively to achieve work objectives.
