Job Requirements
As a Software Support Specialist, you'll be troubleshooting software and system integration issues across multiple platforms and providing solutions to those issues.
- Provide level 1 product support to new and existing retailers via chat, ticketing system, and online screen share.
- You'll be tackling day-to-day issues faced by retailers and will need to come up with creative solutions to increase their ability to sell products online.
- Plenty of Support from the support team on tickets -
Tickets can include but are not limited to:- Setting up On line promotions
- products not appearing on certain platforms
- pricing and inventory
- GST and foreign exchange calculations
- You will work closely with our talented team of developers to address any bugs raised by customers in the support tickets you are handling.
- You will liaise with external retailers and marketplaces to resolve any incidents or issues that may occur.
- Support change and continuous improvement initiatives, proactively identifying and resolving root causes for application issues and incidents..
Experienced SaaS application technical support role with the following experience and qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a SaaS application technical support role, demonstrating clear and concise communication of technical information to stakeholders.
- Strong troubleshooting skills, with experience in supporting SaaS within complex integration environments and the ability to identify and address issues effectively and efficiently.
- Experience in selling on popular marketplaces like eBay, Amazon, Catch, and Kogan.
- Experience in eCommerce retail operations including an understanding of inventory control, order processing and tax calculations.
- Knowledge of using eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Magento and Maropost to effectively market and sell products.
- Familiarity with support desk software such as Freshdesk, Zendesk, or equivalent platforms.
- Ability to take ownership of opportunities and problems until resolved.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple assignments and meet agreed deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset, with a friendly and helpful attitude.
- A team player with a proactive mindset, capable of working independently as the position is remote.
