- Command of data using multiple sources and integrating them into insightful, actionable dashboards or visualisations
- Ability to breakdown high level problems into smaller pieces and develop input metrics to track progress toward an outcomeLeadership with end to end responsibility of a website or marketing channel and the ability to transform high level company targets into strategic objectives and plansInherent curiosity and constant motivation to uncover opportunities, learn more about drivers of performance, and try new and creative approaches to problem solving
- Communication skills across formats (including verbal, written and presentation skills), especially with respect to analytically driven insights and actions
- Cross functional stakeholder management skills to balance company level priorities alongside functional or domain objectives
- Ability to innovate and drive change within an organisation or function
- Management of website metrics and configuration levers in a retail ecommerce environment
- Responsibility for data driven experimentation design and execution across digital assets in the confines of driving to a strategic goal or outcome
- Cross-functional stakeholder management including executive leadership, presenting data driven insights clearly and confidently
- Demonstrated usage of multiple data sources (e.g. Fullstory, Google Analytics, BigQuery, Looker)Demonstrated usage of third party configuration tools, e.g. search and browse providers or website platforms (e.g. Shopify, Commercetools, Fullstory)
- Strong analytical capability. This could be learned on the job or through a Bachelor's degree {or tertiary learning} in an analytical field (e.g. Maths, Statistics, Engineering, Data..)
- Experience operating, analysing, and improving e-commerce / website performance is highly desirable
- Experience using website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Amplitude, Shopify and/or CommerceTools)
- Experience in presenting complex data through insightful, user friendly ways; experience with data visualisation tools preferred (e.g. Looker, Tableau, PowerBI)

Role Location
At Pet Circle we believe that collaboration and team connection is key for success. This role will be based in Sydney with a blended working arrangement of up to 4 days per week in our pet friendly CBD offices and the remainder working from home (or the office, if you prefer!)
