The Opportunity we have available:
Petries Group are searching for a result driven Trade Sales Manager, to lead our Central West sales team.
Along with your team, you will be responsible for building long term successful relationships and driving sales growth for our stores in the central west at Bathurst, Dubbo, Mudgee, and Orange. You can be based in any of these locations.
As the Trade Sales Manager you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market share and driving sales growth. You will leverage your business acumen and exceptional business development skills to identify and cultivate strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and motivate your sales team to achieve their best.
- Work with your internal and external sales team to build and manage successful long-term relationships with existing and new customers.
- Develop and execute account management plans that build and grow our customer relationships.
- Monitor trade and competitor activity to identify business opportunities.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Demonstrated experience leading high performing sales teams.
- A track record of delivering exceptional service to customers that will enable the financial success of both the customers business and our business.
- A proven ability of developing and executing sales strategies that deliver sales growth.
