Mackinnon Parade Children's Centre is based in the heart of North Adelaide, surrounded by picturesque parklands, with views of the Adelaide Zoo. Due to growth within the service, we are currently seeking a self-motivated and passionate ECT Preschool Coordinator/ Educational Leader.

About this role:
- Lead, develop and implement effective educational programs in the Preschool rooms.
- Lead and inspire a team of educators within the Preschool rooms.
- ensure children's learning and development are guided by the outcomes of Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- collaborate with educators and provide curriculum direction and guidance.
- Support educators to effectively implement the cycle of planning to enhance programs and practice.
- coach, mentor and inspire educators to embed high quality practices, that align with the National Quality Standard (NQS)
- support the leadership team with leading, developing and implementing effective goals and projects to work towards excellent service delivery.
- contribute to the service's Quality Improvement Plan (QIP).
- support the leadership team with performance coaching and assessment, as well as training and development planning for individual educators.

- ability to coach and mentor others, inspire and get the best out of your team.
- passion for working with children & providing exceeding quality care
- excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Qualifications:
- ECT Bachelor qualification or working towards.
- Current Working with Children Check
- Current Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect training certificate
- Current anaphylaxis, asthma, CPR and first aid training certificates
