Our client is an international Fashion Retailer, with stores across Australia and New Zealand, and websites across ANZ, US, UK and EU. They are passionate about creating a memorable shopping experience for their customers, and are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Consultant to join their vibrant and dynamic team, based in Alexandria.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, orders, and returns with professionalism and efficiency meeting SLA targets.
- Keep up to date with new products/promotions so that you can provide accurate information to customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including email, live chat, and phone.
- Reach customer resolutions that meet the best interests of the customer whilst maintaining a positive attitude.
- Act as first point of escalations for customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Identify opportunities to improve Customer Experience and provide recommendations.
- Previous experience in a customer service or customer support role, preferably in the retail or fashion industry or FMCG.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to build rapport with customers over the phone and through live chat.
- Negotiation and problem-solving skills with the ability to reach a positive outcome with customers.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience using Zendesk is highly desirable.

- Monday to Friday - full time hours with Hybrid flexible model.
- Easily accessible by public transport and on-site parking available.
- $35-$38 ph + Super - depending on level of experience.
- Open to all applicants who are able to commit to full-working hours for the next 4 months.
