Your new company
Your new organisation is responsible for regulating approximately 90% of Australian vocational education and training (VET) providers. The organisation regulates training providers who deliver VET qualifications and courses to students in living in Australia as well as those on student visas, Australian qualifications overseas, and those delivering English Language Intensive Courses for Overseas Students (ELICOS).
Your new role
As the EDRMS Administrator you will be responsible for administering the EDRMS application, including security and access controls, and providing and coordinating technical and general help desk support services to both internal and external business system users. The EDRMS Administrator will also provide technical support to system upgrades to the records management system, including the execution of business acceptance testing.
The scope of this role includes, but is not limited to:Developing and maintaining a detailed knowledge of functionality and operational procedures for the organisation's electronic records management system for the purposes of providing managed help desk services to users.
Administering the EDRMS including the organisational change associated with its ongoing use.
Developing and maintaining a detailed knowledge of functionality for the system integration services between the internal business systems.
Providing technical support to projects relating to the records management systems.
Managing system access for organisational specific system and distribution lists, including provision and removal of access.
What you'll need to succeed
As the successful candidate, you will have demonstrated experience and ability in:
Administration with Objective and other EDRMS.
Provide and coordinating technical and general help desk support services to both internal and external business system users.
Technical support to system upgrades to the records management system
*Successful candidate will hold a current Baseline clearance*
