Administrator - Education and Care Services
- Various temporary part time and full time employment from 6-12 months
- Salary range of $1,305.29 - $1,412.90 per week (depending on skills and experience)
- 3.5% Award increase from July 2024
We are currently seeking to employ various part time and full time Administrator positions,who will be responsible for providing efficient, effective and courteous service to customer enquiries regarding the services provided by Council’s Education and Care Services.

Education and Care Services is responsible for the delivery of professional, high quality childCare Services and educational programs in the Campbelltown local government area. We provide care to children aged 0-12 years and operate according to Early Childhood Education and Care National Regulations and the National Quality Standards and Framework.
The administration team provides administrative support to Council’s child Care Services, Family Day Care, specialised programs and the Bicycle Education Centre.
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following key skills and attributes:
- TAFE Certificate of Attainment in Office Procedures or equivalent and/or relevant job related experience.
- Sound knowledge and experience in relevant PC application software, for example Microsoft Office programs.
- Proven experience in office organisation, financial record keeping and processing payments.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion and diplomacy at all times.
- Effective interpersonal, communication and time management skills and ability to organise work effectively.
