Chisholm is seeking an experienced and student-focused Education Manager for the Electrical & International Projects Business Area

ABOUT THE ROLE
This role is accountable for the provision of quality, operational support and leadership through the focus and development of strategies and programs that promote Chisholm’s Educational Excellence Framework.
This position directly supports the Manager, Electrical and the team in managing and leading the implementation of educational excellence, business growth and opportunities that enhance Chisholm’s reputation, meeting industry and community needs in the course areas as designated.
The Education Manager is a key member of Electrical & International Projects as well as the Education Manager Network providing contemporary teaching and learning leadership and expertise in their subject matter area and educational excellence.
ABOUT YOU
You will bring the following qualifications, skills and experience with you:
- Adult Teaching qualification at AQF level 6 or higher or a willingness to complete
- Vocational qualifications relevant to or above the level required and industry currency aligned to the Business area’s scope of delivery
- Registration with professional bodies as required for the teaching discipline
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or TAE40116) or qualifications that meet RTO Standards
- Teaching experience in the VET sector
