An exciting opportunity is now available for an experienced Education and Training Coordinator to join the welcoming and supportive team in Bundaberg.
The Position
Providing support and exceptional customer service to our customers and external stakeholders your responsibilities will include:
Prospect for new participants for training programs by building strong and effective relationships with referring partners in the region including: WorkForce Australia and community organisations.
Undertake relationship building activities and participate in agreed cultural activities, functions and meetings.
Provide a professional and positive customer experience to all Participants and stakeholders who attend the site, assisting all visitors with their individual needs.
Lead the participant registration processes for all education and training.
Manage the customer service phone and inboxes, promptly assisting in all enquiries.
Perform data collection and administrative tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Contribute to our customer's experience by ensuring reception, classroom and kitchen facilities are always professionally presented, cleaned and maintained.
The Successful Applicant
To be considered for this opportunity you must meet the following criteria:
Demonstrated success and experience in a customer service administrative support role.
Evidence of strong interpersonal and communication skills which can demonstrate the ability to build effective relationships both with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced working environment where achievement of objectives and targets are measured.
Proven attention to detail, time management, and administration skills that deliver accurate and reliable administrative activities to meet timeframes.
Applicants must have the ability to complete a Police Check, have the ability to hold a Working with Children's Card, and have a current Driver's Licence.
