Support the Residential Manager / Care Manager to provide effective leadership and management of clinical and care staff.
About the role
- Provide leadership, support and guidance to clinical and care staff.
- Supervising and overseeing resident care.
- Carry out comprehensive and accurate assessment of resident.
- Coach and develop direct reports daily.
- Registered Nurse qualifications with current unrestricted AHPRA registration.
- Extensive general nursing experience and demonstrated skills reflective of clinical experience.
- Demonstrated understanding and sound knowledge of resident centred, residential based care services
delivery - Up-to-date Flu Vaccinations for 2024 and COVID-19 vaccinations.
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearence and clear Police Check or willingness to obtain.
