Here are the perks and finer details:

• Permanent full time 38 hours or 4 long days - 10 hours a day
• $40 - $50 per hour + super + Educational Leader allowance ($77 per week) 
• Small service - 48 Approved Places - (not at full capacity) 
• Hybrid role - off the floor hours 
• Rotating shifts available
• 8am - 4pm OR 9am - 5pm OR 10am - 6pm (can be flexible with this)

• Must have prior experince as an Educational Leader 

About the role: 

• Lead the development of curriculum to maximize each child’s development and learning.
• Support and mentor Educators ensuring goals and expectations for teaching and practice are met.
• Contribute to the development of the centers Quality Improvement Plan.

What you’ll come with:

• Bachelors in Early Childhood Education and Care or Diploma Qualified and working towards ECT. 
• NESA accreditation 
• Experience working with children in Early Years or OSHC
• Knowledge of the National Quality Framework & Early Years Framework
• Working with Children Check
• First Aid + CPR (or willing to Obtain)
