As the Educational Leader you will responsible for developing and implementing high quality educational programs, as well as mentoring and coaching educators and teachers.
You should be comfortable and confident working with all age groups (nursery to kinder) and supporting Room Leaders and Teachers to create engaging programs for the children.
The candidate
As the ideal candidate, you will bring strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS and have experience with the QIP.
You will also have previous experience in an Educational Leader capacity or higher and be confident when communicating with all levels of management.The ideal candidate for this position will hold;
- Diploma or Bachelor of early childhood or ACEQCA equivalent
- At least a minimum of 3 years of experience as an Educational leader
- VIT and/or WWCC
- Full working rights
