We are a beautiful 75 place centre. Our philosophy is based on a holistic image of the child. Our Families tell us they love our approach to sustainability and inclusivity and now we are in the lookout for a candidate who would like to play a hybrid role as an Educational Leader/Lead Educator.
If you’re inspired by the opportunity to guide little people on their early learning journey and also interested in an Educational Leadership position, we want to meet you. You will:
- Support our educators to implement programs, follow the EYLF and share the excitement of child-led discovery.
- Nurture and develop our team members so they confidently contribute to our children’s learning.
- Able to build a strong rapport with our families and educators
- Ensure compliance with EYLF and NQS are met or exceeded
About you:
- Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or equivalent
- Have a current Working with Children’s Check
- A passion to develop our little learners
