Nido Early School Butler is a gorgeous brand-new service and we are looking for the next inspirational mentor to join our leadership group.

Through strategies of role modelling, coaching and mentoring our amazing educators, you will collaboratively evolve their practice, documentation, inquiry, and critical reflection to positively impact the children’s learning.

ABOUT YOU:

• Have a coaching mindset
• A fabulous communicator
• Contribute to exceeding outcomes for children and Educators
• Be a thoughtful and compassionate leader
• Willing to be recognised as the Educational Leader at the service

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor or Diploma in Early Education or working towards a Bachelor
• A valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
• Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certificates willing to obtain
• Experience as an Educational Leader highly regarded
