We have undergone a change of educators and we are looking for some long term educators to join our team. We'd love our new educators to start as soon as possible however we understand if you need to give your current workplace some time.
Key roles we are looking to fill:
- Early Childhood Teacher
- Educator with experience with additional needs
These positions would suit someone who
- Wants to enrich and support the learning of children
- Can share their knowledge with a team of educators
- Has great communication skills
Ideally, we are after someone who can work five days for the consistency of care for our children, however we are open to discussing options for the right candidates. Our team work a variety of hours, including opens and closes. Our new educators will join a team of dedicated, knowledgeable and passionate educators, who are able to mentor new members on our team.
Your roles will include:
- Programming and planning alongside your team. This includes observations and completing planning cycles, reflections and supporting the children through the implementation of a play based program.
- Working collaboratively with the team. This means input into staff discussions, professional development opportunities and adding input into the QIP
You will need:
- Early Childhood Teacher - ACECQA recognised qualification
- Educator - Certificate III or Diploma in Children's Services (or working towards)
- Current First Aid certification
- Current verified Working with Children's Check
- NSW Approved Child Protection Training
- To love working in a dynamic environment
