In this pivotal role, your focus will encompass administrative duties with responsibilities, including staff recruitment and supervision, rostering, logistical coordination, account compliances and revenue management, ensuring client satisfaction, and actively participating in relationship-building and tendering processes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in the hospitality industry, showcasing a deep understanding of functions, catering or event food and beverage operations

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster relationships with team members and clients
• Has a hands on approach, works with a sense of urgency, logical thought process and remains composed under pressure.
• Ability to thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills
