Job Description
The People & Culture Operations Manager leads the team responsible for providing best in class and vital support to stakeholders though the provision of Payroll, HR Systems, Talent Acquisition, special projects and forecasting to facilitate a compelling and engaging employee experience and value proposition to enable delivery of goals against the Strategy 2023+ Earlier, Easier, Together.
Leading and overseeing the day-to-day management of the People and Culture (P&C) Operations team, the appointee will have a bachelor’s degree, in Human Resources sectors Strong generalist experience in ER/IR, learning and development, equity diversity and inclusion, employee health, safety and wellbeing, remuneration and benefits and HRIS will be underpinned by success of efficient and client-centric service delivery. The incumbent will have solid experience in leading teams to achieve best practise outcomes for stakeholders whilst strategically consulting and/or business partnering with senior leaders and peers. An energetic, strengths based and practical approach is mandatory.
