As an Assistant Director, you will contribute to the policy development and advice across issues including Environment, Climate and Industry, Energy, Infrastructure and the Labour Market.
Our priorities over the next three months include; energy, climate change, migration, employment and industrial relations policies.

Desirable Qualifications / Experience
- Seeking team players with excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to draft high quality briefs for ministers, executives and other stakeholders;
- The ability to build strong and constructive relationships with a broad range of stakeholders, both internal and external to the department, as well as across the team;
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities;
- Strong leadership and management skills and a willingness to contribute to the Division's broader leadership and culture;
- An innovative and adaptative thinker, who can support the team to operate effectively in a dynamic and flexible environment; and
- Experience in providing policy analysis and advice.
