- Analyse, interpret and advise on business area financial performance.
- Provide support, guidance, and quality assurance of the development of group internal budgets.
- Managing and leading a diverse team in the delivery of high-quality service and outcomes, including providing clear and consistent communication, and building capability in your team
- Experience building & maintaining relationships with a network of internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Managing & developing a high-performing team of client-focused, solution-driven staff who have clarity on their roles, responsibilities, expected values and behaviours.
- Experience in undertaking complex financial analysis and providing evidence-based advice & policy direction to stakeholders including executives.
- Experience in leading stakeholders/team through change working collaboratively across an organisation and externally.
Skills and capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to interpret and communicate complex financial matters to a range of stakeholders with varying degrees of financial literacy.
- Demonstrated ability to illustrate the relationship between operational tasks and organisational goals.

- Possess highly developed communication, interpersonal and financial skills with an emphasis on working collaboratively.

We do require applicants to have experience within the APS or state governments (or consulting to these as clients), due to the unique sector specific knowledge required.
