About the Role:
- Support the Director of Strategic Evaluation in managing and delivering evaluations of key our client's projects.
- Assist in embedding rigorous evaluation practices.
- Develop theory of change, logic models, and evaluation frameworks for Client initiatives.
- Provide expert guidance to business units undertaking evaluations.
- Supervise and lead staff in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Enhance evidence-informed practices for improved participant outcomes.
- Cultivate and nurture partnerships with external research bodies.
