- Help develop and provide strategic advice to our clients in the planning and prioritisation of transport infrastructure projects.
- Manage complex economic and statistical models or transport demand models to support high profile investment decision making.
- Help develop innovative and novel approaches to transport demand modelling and/or economic appraisal and cost-benefit analysis of transport infrastructure and initiatives.
- Develop policies, strategies, feasibility studies and business cases for transport sector investments.
- Gain exposure to a range of different clients across numerous sectors, including transport and infrastructure.
- Manage client engagements or discrete workstreams within a larger engagement, coaching and developing junior staff and client resources.
- Work in a flexible environment with working from the Home, Office, and Client hubs.
- You are skilled in transport and infrastructure strategic demand forecasting and/or economics including business case development.
- You have a passion for facilitating better community outcomes through enhanced infrastructure, assets, and places.
- A strong interest and commitment in the use of technology and data to improve the way in which social infrastructure and services projects are planned, delivered, and managed.
- Experience in complex quantitative analysis, data science, econometrics and/or model development.
- Relevant skills and confidence in software packages such as EMME, Cube, Excel, R, Python and GIS solutions (e.g., QGIS).
- Tertiary qualifications in economics, engineering, transport planning, mathematics, science, commerce, or other relevant areas are preferred.
- The ability to develop and provide analysis of your modelling.
- Positive interpersonal, problem solving and communication skills, combined with diligence focus.
- Ability to balance and prioritise tasks, and work with a high performing, energetic and results-based team.
