Is seeking to engage in a EL2 Business Architect for a 12-month assignment with potential extension in Adelaide.About the Team
This Service Design Division works with impacted stakeholders to design and deliver Scheme improvements that deliver quality participant outcomes and enhance their Agency experience.The Service Design Division works on process, platform, and practice solutions to address Agency priorities. The division embeds co-design and a stakeholder-view of change into our ways of working, ensuring that our designs represent the greatest value to different audiences. In line with the Participant Service Charter principles, the division drives transparency into Agency decision-making through the consistency of the processes we design, the written guidance and communication. Our primary goal of all our design is to improve how participants experience the Agency and their interactions with the Agency.About the Role
The EL2 Business Architect (Labour Hire) is accountable under broad direction to undertake work with a high level of complexity or sensitivity that delivers quality outcomes across the functions of the Agency.The position will exercise a significant degree of independence and will use a high-level of decision-making and judgement. The role will be required to coordinate and assume responsibility for highly complex or sensitive projects and work program outcomes across the functions that have strategic or operational significance to the Agency.The EL2 Business Architect (Labour Hire) is responsible for initiating, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. Where required, it will represent and negotiate on behalf of the Agency to advance the Agency’s interests in cross-agency, inter-jurisdictional and other forums.Additional Position Information:
As operational owner of the future state participant journey, the Business Architect is a critical role in representing this journey as a design input into the various projects which are in aggregate delivering the Agency Scheme Reform.

• Operational owner of the future state Agency Participant Journey.
• Understand the complexity and interdependencies within the Participant Journey
• Work across multiple stakeholders to ensure that parallel work streams contribute to a consistent Journey design.
• Ensure that the future state Participant Journey achieves positive experience and outcomes for Agency participants, their families and carers.
• Refine the future state Participant Journey to reflect the final designs of Reform initiatives.
• Member of Business Design Working Group, contributing to whether proposed designs should be

Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:

• Presenting future state Participant Journey for diverse audiences as required.
• Updating future state Participant Journey, reflecting scope and concept design from Scheme Reform Projects.
• Working with service designers, explaining future state and ensuring designs align with the future state.
• Participating in design workshops representing future state.
• Raising risks with executive where designs are not congruent with the future state Participant Journey.
• Advocating that designs should progress towards, or achieve, future state.
• Working with technology partners, ensuring that technology changes support the future state Participant Journey.

• Position located in Adelaide CBD.
• EL2 $754.20 per day + super
• Temporary contract for 12 months, with possibility to extend
• Standard Hours or work - Monday to Friday, 8:30 am till 5:00 pm – 7 & ½ hour days 5 days a week.
