As operational owner of the future state Participant Journey, you will play a pivotal role in representing this journey as a design input into the various projects which are collectively delivering the Agency’s Scheme Reform.Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for initiating, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, and will also represent and negotiate on behalf of the Agency across various forums.Key Responsibilities include:
- Updating future state Participant Journey, reflecting scope and concept design from Scheme Reform Projects and presenting to diverse audiences as required.
- Working with service designers, explaining future state and ensuring designs align with the future state and participating in design workshops.
- Raising risks where designs are not congruent with the future state Participant Journey.
- Working with technology partners, ensuring that technology changes support the future state Participant Journey.
- Proven experience and an ability to understand the complexity and interdependencies within the Participant Journey.
- Ability to work across multiple stakeholders to ensure effective outcomes.
- Effective leadership and decision making skills with the ability to identify and minimise risks, understand problems or opportunities and proactively take appropriate action.
