Description:Responsible for sorting and opening incoming postal mail, both manually and using letter opening machines. Additionally, responsible for processing postal vote applications, ensuring their completeness and accuracy, and batching them according to designated criteria. The role involves ensuring all postal vote applications are processed promptly and accurately, collaborating with team members to meet deadlines, and efficiently handling additional tasks like data entry and mail distribution.PV Enquiries Officer Position

Description:In charge of effectively communicating with electors regarding postal vote applications via phone and email, providing updates and addressing inquiries courteously. The roles involve managing return to sender mail and overseeing the accurate and prompt reissuing of postal vote packs, collaborating with stakeholders to update elector information and resolve any issues related to returned mail, and providing guidance and support to electors in resolving rejected postal vote applications.PV Data Entry Officer Position

Responsibilities include printing email attachments such as postal vote applications, and conducting quality control checks on printed documents to guarantee completeness, legibility, and adherence to established standards.PV Scanning Officer Position

Description:Responsible for scanning postal vote applications and conducting quality control checks to ensure all documents are legible and of high quality. Tasks include verifying accuracy, rectifying errors, and organizing scanned batches for storage with proper labelling and documentation, ensuring easy retrieval during the electoral process.PV Fulfilment Officer Position

• Start Dates: 19th August
• Pay Rates: $34.58 per hour + super
• Contract Length: Up to 4 weeks.

Description:Oversees the fulfilment of postal vote packs, conducts quality assurance and quality control checks on assembled postal vote packs, and troubleshoots packing exceptions. Monitors inventory levels and replenishes supplies as needed. Handles voting materials with care and attention to detail, collaborates with team members to develop solutions and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Adheres to established protocols for handling and transporting sensitive voting materials to maintain confidentiality and integrity.Ballot Paper Proofer Position

Description:Play a vital role in reviewing ballot paper artwork against nomination data to confirm accuracy. Responsibilities include collaborating with team members to complete allocated tasks within agreed timelines, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail with repetitive tasks, and demonstrating effective written and oral communication skills.Reviewer Position

Description:Responsible for conducting meticulous reviews of nominations and electoral material, ensuring adherence to approved procedures, and promptly escalating any issues encountered during the review process while maintaining a keen attention to detail.Essential criteria for all positions:
