About the Role

The role reports to Manager Engineering and is responsible for the provision of specialized engineering advice and support to internal and external stakeholders.
Duties

• Prepare internal designs for - street lights, pump stations, switch board, control panels and electric specifications
• Review and sign off design drawings and associated cost estimations and documentation
• Develop and monitor annual design and investigation works programs
• Provide specialized engineering support and advice
• Manage consultants, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations

Essential requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or relevant qualification)
• Experience in electrical asset investigation, engineering design, and construction support
• Eligibility for membership of the Institution of Engineers Australia
