Our client is seeking an electrical engineer/technician to join their friendly and motivated team located in Keysborough, you will initially join the team for 3 days per week and transition to full-time hours. Our client manufactures compliant electrical training pracbox equipment that is distributed all across Australia.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Support the production team with technical problems
- Repair damaged equipment/components
- Equipment assembly
- Support in R&D
- Support during demos and training
Must have:
- Diploma or above in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
- At least 2 years of experience working with various electrical/electronic components
- Fault-finding and Problem-solving skills
- Soldering skills
- Experience with using various hand tools and basic power tools
- Arduino experience
- Good communication skills (English) - verbal and written
- Intermediate computer and web skills
- Willingness to learn
- Positive and pleasing attitude
- Ability to work in a team or individually
- Driver’s license
Desirable
- Circuit and PCB design experience
- Raspberry Pi experience
