AddressOur client is a Global Leader in Mining Equipment Manufacturing and is a respected brand in the local market. We are looking for multiple Electrical Fitters to support their rebuilds section for strip, assessing and overhauls of Electric Motors
What's Involved?
- Strip, assess and rebuild of Electric Motors to underground mining standard
- Use of precision instruments - micrometers, vernier calipers, feeler gauges
- Recording data and paperwork to ensure compliance
- Bench testing
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues if needed
What we're looking for:
- Trade Qualification - Electrical Fitter, Electrician, Mechanical
- Minimum 3 years recent experience overhauling motors
- Attention to detail and industry standards
- Able to work in an autonomous role
- Excellent work references that can support your application
- Non Trade Qualified candidates welcome to apply
What we can offer you:
- $57.76 / hour casual rate
- Unlimited overtime available with penalties
- 6 AM - 3 PM normal working hours
- Option to transition to permanent will proven ability
- Maitland region based
- Potential for 4 day week in the future
