Bring your perspective to our projects! Clough has an exciting opportunity for an E&I Supervisor to join the Waitsia Team in Dongara! In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring all work carried out in relation to Electrical & Instrumentation equipment is adequately supervised for the project, ensuring applicable Safety Codes & Standards are complied with. Clough is delivering the engineering, procurement and construction for the Waitsia Gas Project Stage 2 development, near Dongara, Western Australia. Conduct daily prestart meetings with the E&I team
Carry out regular safety inspections on the work site and lead by example regarding Safety awareness and HSE reporting
Plan daily work for the E&I team and report progress
Ensure electrical equipment is installed and tested to meet project specifications and Australian Standard (AS/NZS 3000) Electrical installations
Stop the installation or use of any electrical equipment considered to be dangerous, and report to the manager any situation that may affect the safe use of electricity
Manage administration duties for your subordinates in line with Clough requirements
What you will bring to the team:
Min. 5yrs Supervisory experience in Mining, Construction and/or O&G
Min. 12mths working and supervising specifically in O&G essential
Electrical Trade Certificate
AS4761 EEHA (Electrical Equipment Hazardous Areas) essential
A-Class Electrical Licence with first aid (CPR) course
Construction White/Blue Card
Strong people management and leadership experience
Able to remain calm under pressure and to lead by example
Excellent communication skills to liaise at all levels and while interfacing with stakeholders
