About the Role

This exciting role & opportunity exists atthe Stawell meat processing plant, the gateway to the Grampians.  Where you'll work with a diverse team who align with our values & are passionate and empowered to perform at pace & achieve big things.

The Electrical Reliability Leader, plays a crucial role in overseeing & coordinating electrical projects, ensuring they are completed safely, efficiently, & to the highest standards. Leading a team of electricians, providing guidance, technical expertise, & support to achieve project goals.

The Quality Ingredients for Success 

Just like our best cuts of meat, there are a few essential qualities that we need and look for in this role:

What are we looking for?

• “A” grade Electrician license or equivalent.
• Electrician - experienced in leading a successful team.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems & components.
• Troubleshooting, problem-solving using root cause analytical skills.
• Read & interpret electrical drawings/blueprints.
• Safety codes, regulations & maintaining a safe working environment.
• Communication, leadership, Organisational & time-management skills.
