- WA Electrical License (Essential)
- Current Driver’s License (Essential)
- Demonstrable & successful service management or service supervision in a similar business environment (Essential).
- Experience working with government or private leading commercial clients (Essential).
- NV1 Clearance (Favorable)
- Sound understanding of the electrical contracting market.
- Ability to plan & prioritise workload *exceptional time management.
- Optimistic team leader, clear communicator with varied experienced in reactive works.
- Assist or develop service delivery improvement plans.
- Coordinate & manage electricians or service delivery teams with preventative maintenance schemes.
- Quoting, administering, & scheduling of works while working collaboratively with an administration team.
- Client facing role; develop friendly relationships & ensure growth within service contracts while maintain long term key customers.
- Efficient & cost-effective procurement of materials.
- Reviewing completed works, compiling maintenance reports & processing whilst ensuring compliance with company policies, safe work practices & statutory requirements.
- Work with the leadership team to ensure all documentation and process is in place.
