This client is a large single site with multiple buildings and critical systems.
The Role:
- Lead a team of 10x Electricians
- Responsible for diagnostics, maintenance and testing
- Maintain electrical plant and equipment - UPS, lighting, generators, control systems, ventilation system, elevators, alarms, switches, circuit breakers etc.
- Reliability and safety are number one priorities!
- 40 hours pw, Mon - Fri
- Running and overseeing the trade team
- Timesheet approval
- Running tool box talks
- Responsible for apprentices
- Ensure staff are meeting KPI’s and SLA’s set by the client
- Full QLD Electrical Licence (can transfer interstate licences)
- 2+ years experience leading a team
- HV training would be ideal
- Willing to be the Qualified Trades Person
- High level of presentation, communication and customer service skills
- White Card (General Construction Induction Card)
- EWP, working at heights
- Full time permanent role with ASAP start available
- $100k - $110k Base + Super + monthly RDO
- All tools, phone etc provided
