- Have the ability to monitor and ensure consistent implementation of Transmission Line design standards and specifications for both internal and outsourced designs.
- Lead and develop professional design staff who provide expert design support services to large infrastructure projects in electricity transmission.
- Undertake complex problem-solving to achieve optimal design outcomes for our projects.
- Developing team members' knowledge and skills through supervision, review, coaching, mentoring, and training.
- Undertake resource planning, work allocation, and coordination of both internal and outsourced resources to ensure timely design delivery.
- You'll have a Bachelor of Engineering and be a Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ), or have the ability to register for it.
- You'll have knowledge and understanding of Transmission Line Electrical Design, and the construction and maintenance practices of lines.
