What You Have and Will Do:Technical Expertise: Apply your technical and practical skills in routine, outage, and breakdown maintenance.
Problem Solving: Identify and resolve plant or equipment issues.
Safety-first: Uphold safety standards, minimise hazards and adhere to environmental management protocols.
Teamwork: Actively contribute to knowledge and skill development within the team, particularly apprentices.
Reporting: Report all safety or environmental incidents, contributing to continuous improvement and risk reduction.
Trade Certificate: Hold a relevant trade certificate.
Experience: Demonstrate suitable experience in a similar industry.
Safety Focus: Proven safety record with a positive approach to workplace safety.
Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.
Training Skills: Capability to train and coach apprentices or newly appointed tradespersons.
