About the role
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic electrician to join our team due to growth. In this role you will work on a variety of projects. An example week would have you working on:
- Domestic installations, including smoke alarm installations
- New build/renovation rough in and fit off
- Temporary site installations and compliance testing
- Commercial installations and fit outs
- Switchboard upgrades
- Split system AC installs
- Faulty finding
- General domestic maintenance, including retirement village maintenance
- Supervising and supporting the training of apprentices
The ideal candidate will have
- Qld Electrical License
- Drivers License (manual essential)
- White card
- Up-to-date CPR/LVR
- Cert II or III AC (advantage, but not essential)
- Minimum 6 months post apprenticeship experience within domestic and commercial environments
- Effective time management skills
- A positive “can-do” attitude
- Good communication skills
- A strong work ethic
