The Role:

Cater Care Australia seeks to appoint 1 Permanent Electrician role at our Mine Site Village Ernest Henry in Cloncurry ,Qld. Working 8 days ON 6 days OFF, 600 - 1800. FIFO role from  Brisbane only .

What This Role Involves:

• Consistent delivery of all electrical maintenance services
• Maintenance and Electrical repairs in the Village
• Electrical maintenance of appliances, equipment, laundries, accommodation rooms and offices
• Preventive electrical maintenance schedules including statutory testing
• Complying with all OH&S policies and procedures

The Ideal Applicant Will Have:

• Electrical Trade Qualifications Mandatory
• Valid QLD Electrical licence, Contactor licence desirable- Cater Care Contractor licence , applicant to be a nominee 
• 3 + Years Experience working in a range of environments (including accommodation, kitchens and construction)
• High attention to detail
• Strong and clear communication abilities (verbal and written)
• A commitment to genuine, friendly customer service
• A motivated, enthusiastic, and positive ‘can-do’ attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced time-sensitive environment
• Resourcefulness, resilience and enthusiasm is key to this role
• Pride in personal appearance & hygiene
• Drivers License Manual Mandatory (Additional incidental tickets - Forklift, working at heights, Working in Confined Spaces etc are desirable
• Australian Citizen or Australian Permanent Resident
