Here's what you'll achieve:
- Performing preventive maintenance activities
- Performing emergency / break down electrical maintenance as necessary to support site operations.
- Installation and replacement of electrical circuits, components.
- Accurately using measurement and test equipment.
- Accurately completely maintenance records and other paperwork
- Work collaboratively within the team and across the departments.
- Resolve operational or technical equipment problems to minimize interruptions resulting from equipment breakdowns / failures.
About you:
- A-Class Current Australian Electrical trade qualification.
- Problem-solver and ability to diagnose issues in a disciplined and methodical manner.
- Ability to understand control strategies and systems to make assessment and recommendations for enhancements and efficiencies.
- Discipline and planning skills to implement recommendations and changes.
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Hold a current Australian Driving License
- Desired, not essential:
- Experience as a Service/Field/Electrical technician with in servicing and maintenance of technical equipment for commercial business.
- Experience with Fire/Security/Controls
- Willing to learn new skills.
