We are seeking a full-time Electrician to join our National Water Team.  

About the Role: 

We are looking for a motivated, multi-skilled and committed individual with hands-on experience within the water industry who wishes to take an active role within our current operations and continue to grow their skills and experience in the longer term. 

This position will be permanently based at our fabrication workshop within the Western Sydney region, with site visits to our Water Treatment plants as necessary.

Key responsibilities in this position include:

  • Repair or refurbish Water Treatment plant electrical equipment such as instruments and probes, actuators, motors, lighting, use of all kinds of hand or power-driven tools in maintenance of this equipment.
  • Supervise maintenance of equipment of the Water Treatment plant and perform inspections to electrical control systems; this includes cabling, soldering and repairs.
  • Logistics and procurement: maintain records and inventory of spare electrical parts at workshop in Enviropacific's storage yards. 

About You: 

We are looking for a flexible, self motivated, professional and enthusiastic person with the following attributes:

  • The ability to manage predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance of a wide range of electrical equipment required in the Water Treatment plant.
  • Certificate III Electrical Wiring (or equivalent).
  • Computer literacy – Medium to advanced skills with MS Office suite of software applications (Excel, Power Point and Word). Adobe Suite.
  • Cabling License
  • White Card.
  • Current Australian drivers licence.
