Undertaking an Electricity Engineering Officer Traineeship at Energy Queensland is the first step in a career that leads to big opportunities. You will combine real on the job work and training whilst completing an Associate Degree of Engineering (studied externally through University of Southern Queensland) and being paid and supported to do so.There will be opportunities for you to travel to other parts of the state and complete a range of technical assignments, as we develop your technical and professional career. • Have achieved a minimum Australian Tertiary Admission Rank (ATAR) of 62.7, or equivalent qualification.
• English Language Proficiency requirements for Category 2.

Applicants are advised to also note the following:

• Assumed knowledge expectations: English; General Mathematics
• Recommended Prior Study: Mathematical Methods (Units 3 & 4, C) or equivalent.
