Paragon Consulting Engineers Pty Ltd (PCE) is an established (since 2004) Mackay based civil and structural consulting engineering company, which undertakes projects in and around the Mackay and Central Queensland region.

About the Position

PCE is seeking a competent and enthusiastic Senior Office Administrator to join their team.  

The following position is available to the right candidate who preferably has a minimum of two years of administrative and accounting experience. PCE is looking for the following skill set:

- Extremely driven and self-motivated.

- Ability to self-manage and self-coordinate work requirements.

- Be able to work both independently and within a team environment.

- Possess an enthusiastic, willing to learn attitude.

- Be honest and reliable.

- Excellent understanding of literacy, numeracy and good computer skills.

- Willing to take initiative and make informed decisions.

- Provide support to all aspects of the team.

- Outgoing, friendly nature and a team player essential.

Remuneration

• Base annual salary ($50,000 - $65,000 + superannuation)

Additionally:

• Profit Sharing Incentive Scheme 
• Annual Christmas Bonus
• Paid Overtime/Time Off In Lieu
