Your New Role Involves:
- Mastering the repair of a wide range of electronic devices, including smartphones, laptops, and tablets, handling both software and hardware issues.
- Diagnosing and solving tech problems for customers, utilizing your expertise in micro soldering and logic board diagnostics to bring their devices back to life.
- Employing advanced diagnostic tools to identify and rectify faults at the modular component level and executing precise electronic repairs.
- Providing professional advice on tech-related issues, managing retail sales of electronic accessories, and delivering superior customer service.
- Swiftly developing and deploying both software and hardware solutions to fulfill customer needs and ensure their satisfaction.
- Maintaining and replacing damaged or faulty electronic components, keeping devices and equipment operational at all times.
- Keeping detailed records of repairs and service histories using our specialized software, and ensuring accurate documentation of all tasks.
- Setting up computer networks, managing stock and inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized repair workspace.
- Effectively communicating with customers across various platforms, including in-person interactions, phone calls, emails, and live chat on our website.
- Managing daily operational tasks, processing payments, and potentially refurbishing screens and other components.
