Crown Security are seeking a Project Manager
As an Electronic Security Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the implementation of Electronic Security systems for various projects. This role requires a strong understanding of Electronic Security technologies, project management principles, and excellent communication skills to ensure successful project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Coordination:
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements, objectives, and constraints.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client expectations and organisational goals.
Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to procure necessary equipment and resources.
Electronic Security System Design:
Assess client needs and recommend appropriate Electronic Security solutions, including CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, and other systems.
Work closely with design engineers and technical specialists to develop comprehensive system designs and specifications.
Implementation and Installation:
Oversee the installation and configuration of Electronic Security systems according to project specifications and industry standards.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies to ensure smooth implementation.
Quality Assurance and Testing:
Conduct thorough testing and commissioning of Electronic Security systems to ensure functionality, reliability, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Perform quality assurance checks to verify that installations meet established standards and client expectations.
Project Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, schedules, variation orders, and as-built drawings.
Prepare regular progress reports and presentations for clients, stakeholders, and management, highlighting project status, milestones achieved, and any deviations from the plan.
Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and managing expectations effectively.
Cultivate strong client relationships through proactive communication, responsiveness, and delivering high-quality results.
Working Conditions: This position typically operates both in an office environment, with travel to project sites for inspections, meetings, commissioning, and client handover visits. Flexibility in working hours may be required to accommodate project deadlines and client needs.
