The business provides both wholesale and retail of an extensive range of cutting edge products including forklifts, walkie stackers, pallet jacks, and etc., as well as certain customised products and spare parts, attachments, and etc. that best suit the customers’ needs. It also provides equipment inspection, maintenance, and repair services.
We are now looking for a permanent full-time Electronics Engineer to join us.
Annual Salary: $75,779 plus Superannuation Contributions
Duties and Responsibilities of Electronics Engineer
- Design and develop electronic parts, circuits, and systems tailored for control and command systems, computers, communication systems, and other possible applications
- Design and develop software such as embedded systems for integration within the systems
- Design and develop equipment, methodologies, and procedures for testing electronic parts, circuits, and systems
- Oversee the installation, running and debugging of control and command systems, computers, communication systems, and other possible applications, while ensuring the implementation of appropriate control and protection techniques and methods
- Develop and oversee performance and safety standards, guidelines, policies and procedures, and etc. for operating, modifying, maintaining, repairing the systems and more
- Design and develop different communication channels such as wireless communication, wired communication, fiber-optic communication, and etc.
- Examine communication traffic flows and service levels, decide the installation type, positioning, arrangement, and transmission medium of the communication systems
- Design, develop, analyse and refine signal processing algorithms, select suitable hardware and software to execute
- Design and develop the framework, modeling, and integration of control and command systems, communication systems, and other possible applications
Required Qualification, Experience, and Skills
Qualification
At least Bachelor degree in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics) or relevant field
Experience
At least three years of relevant experience in a similar role
Skills
- Solid background and demonstrated experience in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics) or relevant field
- Demonstrated experience working within a team
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Sound communication skills
- Familiarity with Python or C/C++ is preferred
- Relevant industry experience is preferred
