What's on offer?
Permanent part time, 38 hours per fortnight.
Generous remuneration package includes:

• Base salary ranges between $37.68 - $41.90 p.h. (AO3).
• 4 weeks p.a. recreational leave + 17.5% loading.
• 12.75% employer superannuation contribution.

About the role
Provide and maintain a highly responsive and effective administrative support and customer service function to the 24 hour Emergency Department Reception. Contribute to patient flow by performing a support role to nursing and medical staff in the department.
To be part of a team that actively contributes to patient safety by following policies, procedures and protocols of the North West Hospital and Health Service.
To support continued improvement of health services by always participating in quality improvement opportunities
To excel in patient safety by active contribution to a framework of sound clinical governance.
Requirements

• Possession of sound computer skills
• Appointees may be required to provide a 24 hour admissions and reception service to Mount Isa Emergency Department to both internal and external clients. This may entail shift work.
• There is a need to work additional shifts at times to provide cover for sick leave and annual leave.
