About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Practice in accordance with code of ethics, professional standards and legislation affecting nursing practice by maintaining current knowledge and competence within scope of position.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge, and the ability to apply relevant legislation, guidelines and standards.
- Provide leadership and direction within the Adult Emergency Department which facilitates a consistently high level of nursing care.
- Apply advanced nursing knowledge relevant to area of professional and clinical practice related to care of consumer/patient within Emergency.
