About the Facility: The Emergency Department (ED) is a vital healthcare hub providing immediate and comprehensive medical care in the heart of the city. Equipped with skilled medical professionals, including Emergency Medicine Specialists, Career Medical Officers, and Visiting Medical Officers, as well as a dedicated nursing team, the ED ensures swift and expert attention to patients in need. Situated in the picturesque Northern Tablelands, the facility, with its 99-bed capacity, serves as a critical healthcare lifeline for the local community, offering responsive and compassionate emergency medical services.
Requirements: To be eligible for this role, candidates must meet one or more of the following criteria:

• Hold or be eligible for registration with AHPRA
• Hold or be eligible for FACEM (Fellowship of the Australasian College for Emergency Medicine)
• Possess at least 12 months of recent experience in Emergency Medicine at a Consultant Level
• ACEM trainee soon to obtain FACEM
• IMGs who are about to lodge their Specialist Assessment Application with ACEM, or awaiting their ACEM interview, or have been assessed by ACEM and found to be partially or substantially comparable.
