CLIENT SERVICES OFFICER
We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Client Services Officer to join our dynamic team. As a CSO you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial planning efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling appointments with clients for financial advisers
- Key contact for clients during the implementation process
- Review and assistance in collation of review documents and reports
- Liaise with product providers (fund managers, platform providers and insurers) as necessary
- Maintenance and management of CRM and Database
Key Competencies:
- Experience is preferred but not essential.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Exceptional phone etiquette and written communication
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong time-management and organisational skills.
Salary Range:
$55,000 - $70,000 base salary.
