- 7 bed acute ED, 2 bed fast track unit, 4 bed SSU
- We see over 24,000 presentations per year

- Experienced nursing staff.
- Registration or eligible for General registration as a Medical Practitioner with the Medical Board of Australia (AHPRA) with Specialist registration in the field of Emergency Medicine.
- FACEM qualification (Fellow of the Australasian College of Emergency Medicine)
- Or be a Senior ACEM trainee with 6 months or less of training time to complete: potential to transition to FACEM role
- Or be FACRRM/FRACGP qualified practitioner, with appropriate experience/training in emergency medicine as deemed so by the Director or Emergency, Noosa Hospital.
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion to work in a clinical capacity involved in direct patient care and guiding the patient's journey through the ED.
- Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months
- According to the role, Ramsay may require a Working-With-Children check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases, which may include Covid-19.
