AddressThis role is responsible for providing safe, effective, patient centred and responsive care to patients in the Emergency Department. In this role you will required experience in the broad practice of Emergency Medicine, including; Adult medicine, Paediatrics, Psychiatry, Trauma and the full range of emergencies encountered in various specialties.
They are a regional trauma centre, seeing major trauma from road, farm and factory. They are supported by a growing number of specialties - O & G, Psychiatry, ICU, Plastics, Orthopaedics, Geriatrics as well as General Surgery and Medicine. You will manage a wide variety and acuity of patients.

- Full Time (76 hours per fortnight), On-going position (consideration will also be provided for applicants looking for fixed term or part time employment)

- Salary dependent on skills and experience relevant to position

Requirements:
Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Emergency Physicians and hold a current registration with the Medical Practitioners Board of Australia.
- IMG’s eligible via the Competent Authority Pathway (training in the UK, USA, NZ, Canada or Ireland)
- IMG’s assessed by ACEM College as Substantially comparable (doctors currently interviewing with ACEM may express their interest)
- Doctors that will be awarded the fellowship (FACEM) in the next 6 months are encouraged to apply
