- From $115,030 to $127,995 per annum (HEW Level 8), plus 17% employer's superannuation.
- Part-time (4 days per week), continuing role. Based at Wallumattagal campus, North Ryde.

- Collaborate with IT to develop advanced data analytics, employing quantitative and comparative analysis techniques to identify patterns and trends related to HR and Employee Experience initiatives.
- Consult and collaborate with the HR Leadership Team and University Group leaders to understand priorities for data analysis and reporting, encompassing internal and external reporting requirements pertinent to the Employee Experience, inclusive of Employee Value Proposition.
- Work closely with IT and Business Intelligence and Reporting (BIR) teams to leverage various data sets effectively, ensuring the creation of tailored reports that meet specific requirements.
- Design intuitive dashboards and reports to effectively communicate key HR metrics, providing clear insights to stakeholders at all levels.
- Analyse and translate data findings into meaningful narratives, preparing comprehensive reports and presentations for staff, stakeholder groups, and leadership to facilitate informed decision-making processes aligned to University strategic objectives.
- Provide assistance in the development, execution, and analysis of pulse surveys, focus groups, and other data collection activities, both quantitative and qualitative, to gather insights into the Employee Experience.
- Enhance HR data capabilities by offering guidance and training on data reporting tools to HR staff as needed, contributing to the ongoing development of data literacy within the department.
- Conduct research and offer recommendations to ensure the integrity of reports, identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing appropriate controls and procedures.
- Relevant degree and/or extensive field experience.
- Advanced proficiency in data analytics and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills for managing, interpreting, and communicating data.
- Understanding of HR processes' impact on business outcomes.
- Experience handling large datasets, producing dashboards, and designing customized surveys.
- Criminal history check.
